Use this to clear all unread notifications.
All notifications will be marked as "read".

          Activity tab

Use this to track system actions.
          This includes:
          • Changes made in jobs
          • Candidate movements
          • Updates across the system

Use this to understand what has happened, not just what needs attention.

            Use filters

            Filters help narrow down results.
            You can filter by:
            • Job
            • Candidate
            • Employee
            • Date range

              When to use filters

              • The list is too large
              • You are looking for something specific

              What to be careful about

              • Not using filters lead to cluttered views
              • Ignoring unread notifications causes missed actions
              • Confusing activity with notifications leads to wrong decisions

              Key difference

              • Notifications = what needs notification
              • Activity = what already happened
