Organization Management Overview

This section helps you:

• Manage company information
• Manage organization locations
• View subscription details
• Review organization owner information
• Manage company branding and description

Changes made here affect how your organization appears across the platform.

Use this when you need to:

• Update organization information
• Add or manage company locations
• Review subscription details
• Update company branding
• Edit company description

Organization Management is available from the left navigation panel.
Steps:

• Click Organization Management from the left panel

The right side of the screen will display organization settings and details.

This section contains:

• Company name
• Phone number
• Email
• Website
• Career portal
• Industry type
• Organization size

This section shows all organization locations.
Each location contains:

• Country
• Region
• City
• Zip code

You can:

• Add a new location
• Edit a location
• Delete a location

This section displays:

• Current subscription plan
• Available modules

You can also click View All to open the Subscription & Billing section.

This section displays:

• Name
• Email
• Organization designation

This section contains:

• Company name
• Company description

You can edit the company description using the edit button.

This section controls brand colors for:

• HRMS
• Workspace
• All in One
• ATS

Each product contains a Change button that opens a popup for updating brand color settings.
