- View your profile details
- Edit personal information
- Change your password

- Switch theme appearance
- Logout from the system

Use this when you need to:
- Update your personal profile
- Change account password
- Improve account security with 2FA
- Check active login sessions
- Logout or switch user session
- Change light or dark theme
Open profile menu
- Go to the top navigation bar
- Click the profile icon
- Your name and email
- Logout option
- Appearance settings
- Profile option
Appearance settings
Use this to switch system theme.
You can choose:

- Dark mode
Changes apply instantly across the system.
Open your profile
- Click your name or profile option from the dropdown
You will be redirected to your profile page.
Profile details
Your profile contains:
- Profile image
- Name
- Phone number
- Time zone
- System role
Edit profile
Use this to update your personal information.
You can update:

Steps:
- Click the Edit Profile
- Update details
- Click Save
Change password
Use this to update your account password.
Steps:
- Click Change Password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click Update Password
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Use this to add extra security to your account.
Steps:
- Click Setup 2FA
- Connect your authenticator app
- Enter the one-time verification code during login
After setup:
You will be required to enter a code every time you sign in.
Sessions
Use this to view and manage active login sessions.
You can see:

- Active sessions
- Current session
Terminate sessions
Use this to log out from active devices.
Steps:
- Click Terminate Sessions
Be careful:
This will log out active sessions from other devices.
