When to use this
- You find strong candidates but do not hire them immediately
- You want to build a ready-to-use candidate pipeline
- You want to organize candidates by role, department, or skill
Use this to reduce sourcing effort in future hiring.
Open Talent Pool
- Click Talent Pool from the left menu
- You will see all created talent pools

Talent pool list
- Name
- Department
- Created date
- Number of candidates
- Follow button
- Options (duplicate, archive, edit, delete)
Use this to quickly identify and manage talent pools.
Search and filter talent pools
- Search by name using search bar
- Filter by:
- Department
- Date created
- Active/ Archived/ Followed
Use filters to quickly find the right pool.

Create a talent pool
Use this when you want to organize candidates for future use.
Steps:
- Click Create New Talent Pool
- Enter
- Title*
- Department
- Description
- Save


What to be careful about
- Create pools based on clear purpose (role, skill, or hiring need)
- Avoid creating duplicate or unclear pools
Open a talent pool
Click any talent pool to view its candidates.
Candidate list inside a pool
- Name
- Department
- Reason for adding
- Evaluation score
- Source stage (stage from which the candidate was added)
- Date added
Use this to understand why the candidate was added and how strong they are.
Search and filter candidates
- Search by candidate name
- Filter by:
- Department
- Score range (min-max)
Use this to quickly shortlist candidates.

Add candidates to a talent pool
Use this when you want to reuse candidates for future hiring.
Options
- Add manually
- Bulk resume upload

When to use what
- Manual -> when adding selected or known candidates
- Bulk -> when adding many candidates at once
What this is NOT for
- Active hiring pipelines
- Candidate evaluation or stage movement
- Immediate hiring decisions
This is a storage and reuse system, not a hiring workflow.
