This article helps you create your account and access Mercury for the first time.
Start your free trial
- Go to the Mercury Recruit website
- Click Start Free Trial
- You will be redirected to the sign-up page
Create your account
Step 1: Enter personal details
- Full name
- Work email
- Phone number
- Password
Click Next
Step 2: Enter organization details
- Organization name
- Website
- Company size
- Designation
- Country, region, city, zip code
Click Submit
Before you continue
- Use a valid email you can access
- Make sure your password meets the required criteria
Verify your email
After signing up, a verification email is sent.
Steps
- Open your inbox
- Find the email from Mercury
- Click Verify Your Email
If you don't receive the email
- Check spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes
- Click Resend verification email
Important
You cannot log in until your email is verified.
This is where most users get stuck. Don't skip it.
Log in to your account
- Go to the login page
- Enter your email and password
- Click Log in
Set up your organization
After your first login, a setup popup appears.
Step 1: Company details
- Upload company logo
- Enter company description
Click Next
Step 2: Contact details
- Company email
- Company phone number
Click Finish
Access your dashboard
- You will land on the Mercury Accounts dashboard
This is your main control panel to manage your organization and products.
If you face issues
- Make sure your email is verified
- Check your login credentials
- Use Forgot Password if needed
- Try logging in again
