Reset your password if you cannot access your account.

When to use password reset
Use this option if:
- You forgot your password
- You are unable to login
- Your password is not being accepted
Reset your password
Step 1: Request reset link
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email
- Click Verify
A reset link will be sent to your email.
Step 2: Set a new password
- Open the email from Mercury
- Click Reset Password
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the password
- Click Submit
Your password is updated immediately.
If you don't receive the email
This is where most users get stuck.
Check:
Check:
- Spam or junk folder
- Correct email address
- Wait a few minutes
- Request the reset link again
If it still doesn't arrive, the problem is almost always the wrong email.
After resetting
- Log in using your new password
- Your old password will not work
- You may need to log in again on other devices
