Open role details
Go to Roles & Permissions from the left panel.

- Click any role (Organization Owner, Admin, Standard Limited)
A popup or new tab will open with role details.
Role details view
The role details screen shows two main ares:
Permissions
Displays what actions this role is allowed to perform across the system.

Shows all users assigned to the selected role.

Module permissions
From the Roles & Permissions page:
- Click Module Permissions
You will be redirected to module-specific roles (for example, Mercury Recruit roles).
What you can see in module permissions
- Different roles inside the module
- Detailed permissions for each role
- What actions each role can perform
- Understand role capabilities inside a specific module
- Compare permissions between roles
Important behavior
- System roles define overall access level
- Module roles define actions inside a product
- Changes in module permissions affect all users with that role
What to be careful about
- Misunderstanding role permissions can lead to wrong access assignment
- Giving higher access than required increase risk
- Not checking module permissions may cause workflow issues
