User Management allows you to:
  • View all users
  • Check user access status
  • Search and filter users
  • View system roles and module access
  • Perform basic actions like suspending users or resetting passwords

Do not use this section to define roles or permissions. That is managed separately.

      When to use this

Use this when you need to:
      • Find a specific user in the system
      • Check user access or status
      • Verify module access for a user
      • Suspend or restore user access
      • Reset a user password

      How to access User Management

User Management is available from the left navigation panel.
      • The left panel is always visible
      • Click User Management from the left panel
      • The right side will open the User Management page

            User list page

This page shows all users in your organization.
            Each user row includes:
            • Name
            • Email
            • System Role
            • Module access status
            • Available actions

You can also search and filter users from this page.

              Available actions

You can take the following actions for each user:

              • Suspend user
Temporarily disables access to the system.
              • Reset password
Sends a password reset link to the user's email.

                  User status types

Each user has a status that defines their access level.

                  Active

                  • User has accepted the invitation
                  • User can log in to the system
                  • User can access assigned modules

                  Invited

                  • Invitation has been sent but not accepted
                  • User cannot log in yet
                  • Access becomes active after acceptance

                  Inactive

                  • User access has been disabled
                  • User cannot log in
                  • No module access is available

                  How user status changes

                  • Invited -> Active when invitation is accepted
                  • Active -> Inactive when user is suspended
                  • Inactive -> Active when access is restored

                  What to be careful about

                  • Suspending a user immediately blocks access
                  • Reset password should only be used when necessary
                  • Incorrect actions can disrupt active work
