Open Questionnaire Templates
- Go to Recruitment
- Click Questionnaire Template
You will land on the questionnaire management page.
Page structure
The page has two main areas:
Left panel
Includes:
- System Default Questionnaire
- Custom questionnaire templates
- +New Template button
Use this to select a template.
Right panel
Includes:
- Template name
- Template status (System Default or Custom)
- List of questions
- Actions (Set as Default, Duplicate)
Default questionnaire
It contains standard questions such as:
- Skills and strengths
- Education level
- Salary expectations
- Employment status
- Certifications
- Availability
- Application source
Important:
This template cannot be edited or modified
