Emails are linked to candidates and their stage in the hiring process.
When to use this
- You need to contact multiple candidates
- You want to send stage-based communication
- You want consistent messaging
Do not use this for one-off or unrelated emails.
Start composing
Go to Emails
Click Compose Email
You will follow a step-by-step flow.

Step 1: Select a job
Choose one or more jobs.
This defines which candidates are available.
If you select the wrong job, everything after this is wrong.

Step 2: Select a stage
- Applied
- Phone screen
- Interview
- Assessment
- Document verification
- Offered
- Hired
- Disqualified
This filters candidate based on their hiring stage.

Step 3: Select candidates
Choose the candidates you want to email.
You can select multiple candidates.
Important: The same email will be sent to all selected candidates.
Step 4: Review selection
- Selected jobs
- Selected stages
- Selected candidates
Check this carefully before moving forward.
Step 5: Write email
- CC
- Template (optional)
- Subject
- Message
- Attachments (optional, max 5MB)
Use templates for consistency but review before sending.
Step 6: Send email
Click Compose Email
Emails are sent to all selected candidates.

What to watch for
- Wrong candidates selected
- Wrong stage selected
- Sending bulk email without review
- Unclear or incorrect message
What this is NOT for
- Internal team communication
- Personal emails
