- Review the default recruitment flow
- Check how candidates move between stages
- Confirm what happens at each step of hiring
Do not use this page to edit or create pipelines.
Open Pipeline Process
- Go to Recruitment
- Click Pipeline Process
Understand the page layout
You will see two panels:
Left panel (Pipeline list)
Includes:
- System Default Pipeline
- Custom pipelines created by users
- New Template button
Use this to select a pipeline.
Right panel (Pipeline details)
At the top, you see:
- Pipeline name
- Department
- Number of stages
- Actions (Set as Default, Duplicate)
How a pipeline works
Each stage represents a step in hiring.
Example phases:
- Outreach & Application
- Screening & Evaluation
- Finalization & Onboarding

- Stage-specific actions
Default pipeline
This is the standard hiring flow used across the system.
It includes 7 stages grouped into 3 phases:
Outreach & Application
- Applied
Screening & Evaluation
- Phone Screening
- Assessment
- Interview
Finalization & Onboarding
- Document Verification
- Offered
- Hired
What happens inside a stage
- Automated email notifications
- Document requirements
- Candidate progression tracking
When a candidate enters "Document Verification":
- A stage email can be triggered
- Required documents can be checked
