- Hiring stages
- Department-specific workflows
- Default structure for jobs
Changes here affect how hiring is executed across the system.
When to use this
- Create a new pipeline
- Modify an existing pipeline
- Set a default pipeline
- Reuse or duplicate pipeline structures
Do not use this to manage candidates inside a pipeline.
Open Pipeline Templates
- Go to Recruitment
- Click Pipeline Process
All templates are listed in the left panel.
Create a pipeline template
Create new template
- Click + New Template
Enter:
- Pipeline Name (required)
- Department
- Pipeline Color
- Import Stages (optional)
Import stages (optional)
Steps:
- Enable "Import stages from other pipeline"
- Select a pipeline
This copies its stages into new template.
Save template
- Click Save
A new pipeline is created.
Manage existing templates
At the top right, you will see:
- Set as Default
- Duplicate
- Delete (only for custom templates)
Set as default
use this to make a pipeline the standard for all jobs.
Be careful:
Changing the default pipeline affects all future job setups.
Duplicate template
What happens:
- A new template is created
- Name, department, and color can be edited
- Stage structure is copied
Use this when you need similar pipelines with small changes.
Delete template
Use this to remove a custom pipeline.
Be careful:
- Deleted pipelines cannot be recovered
- Do not delete pipelines currently in use
Edit template details
- Pipeline name
- Department
- Color
This does not change the stage structure.
What to be careful about
- Too many pipelines create confusion
- Different structures across departments break reporting
- Setting the wrong default affects all new jobs
- Duplicating without cleanup creates clutter
Keep pipelines consistent and purposeful.
