When to use this
- Understand hiring progress

Use reports to guide decisions, not just to view data.
Open Reports
- Click Reports from the left menu
The default view opens Job Reports, which gives a high-level view of hiring performance.

Report sections
Reports are divided into three tabs:
Jobs
- Job performance
- Hiring progress
- Department-level hiring
Use this when you want to identify which jobs are progressing and which are delayed.
Candidates
- Candidate flow through stages
- Drop-offs in the hiring process
- Conversion from application to hire
Use this when you want to identify where candidates are dropping off.
Recruiter
- Recruiter performance
- Hiring efficiency
- Contribution to hiring outcomes
Use this when you want to compare recruiter performance and identify gaps.
Date range
- Last 7 days -> short-term tracking
- Last 30 days -> general performance view
- Custom range -> detailed analysis
Always check the date range before analyzing any report.

Export reports
- Export as CSV, PDF, or XLSX
- Select a specific report or export all sections
Export only what is needed to avoid unnecessary data
